Stress can affect concentration, communication, decision-making, attendance, and overall wellbeing. When workplace stressors and psychosocial hazards are not recognized or managed effectively, they can contribute to burnout, psychological injury, reduced productivity, and strained professional relationships.
The Stress Awareness Training course explains the science of stress, common human responses, workplace stressors, psychological risk exposure, signs of burnout, recovery methods, resilience building, supportive work environments, and Canadian legal approaches to stress prevention.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to recognize stress-related warning signs, apply practical management techniques, support psychological health, and contribute to safer workplace practices. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course.
