The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Retail course covers food safety hazards, safe handling, temperature control, sanitation, retail environment management, food safety systems, supply chain controls, workplace culture, and future industry practices.
Learners will strengthen their ability to recognize hazards, follow appropriate controls, maintain hygienic retail environments, and support consistent food safety standards. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course.
