The Leadership and Management course covers Canadian leadership foundations, people management, inclusive workplaces, occupational health and safety, operational management, technology, organizational change, performance improvement, risk, and global standards.
Learners will strengthen their ability to lead teams, support inclusion, manage workplace responsibilities, respond to change, and contribute to accountable organizational performance. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course.
