ADHD can affect attention, organization, communication, emotional regulation, learning, and workplace performance in different ways. Limited awareness may lead to misunderstanding, inappropriate expectations, reduced confidence, and barriers that affect employees, learners, families, and workplace relationships.
The ADHD Awareness course covers ADHD fundamentals, common presentations, signs, daily experiences, lifespan considerations, and its effects on learning, work, and relationships. It also explores strengths, support strategies, practical tools, accommodations, inclusion, well-being, and long-term support.
Learners will strengthen their ability to recognize ADHD-related needs, communicate respectfully, and support more inclusive environments. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course.
